WSi Healthcare is seeking skilled RNs to join our team within Arizona’s correctional healthcare system.\nAs a Correctional RN, you’ll provide quality patient care in a secure environment while helping improve the health and well-being of a diverse patient population. No prior correctional experience is required—we’ll help you bring your nursing skills into this unique setting.What You’ll Do\n\n Provide comprehensive nursing care, including administering medications, carrying out provider orders, and following treatment plans.\n Assist with sick calls by preparing patients for examinations and ensuring exam rooms are ready.\n Monitor and evaluate patient needs and communicate concerns appropriately.\n Maintain accurate, confidential medical records.\n Respond to medical emergencies and perform emergency procedures as needed.\n Help maintain a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment.\n Escort patients safely to and from medical treatment areas as required.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n Active RN license.\n Strong assessment and patient-care skills.\n Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.\n Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality care.\n Ability to work effectively in a secure correctional environment.\n Correctional experience is NOT required.\n YOU MUST LIVE 70 MILES OR MORE FROM THE FACILITY TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION.\nWhat We Offer\n\n $45–$53 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)\n Day shifts\n 12-hour shifts available\n Health, Vision & Dental benefits available\n Holiday Pay\n $250 Referral Bonus – Ask me how!\n\nIf you’re ready to take your nursing career in a new direction and make a meaningful impact, apply today!\n#CRN123
