Urgent Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cleveland, OH

We're actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive educational team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity supporting students across multiple age groups and learning needs. Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week

Student Population

This position serves students across multiple educational settings, including:

Pre-K through Kindergarten students
High School students (Grades 9-12)
Students with a variety of disabilities and speech/language needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students based on individual needs
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual and small-group therapy sessions
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress reporting

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or appropriate state credentials
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting students with diverse disabilities and communication needs
• Comfortable working with students from early childhood through high school
