Manager Event & Retail

Position Purpose Cost effectively drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through the following marketing tactics: events/shows, showrooms, corporate partnerships, retail partnerships, community groups, HOA's, company-created events and more. In-field coaching and training of Retail Marketing Representatives. Manages the department calendar including; negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment. Oversees participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead‑gen opportunities based on established objectives, including on‑site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details. Expense and P&L management of Events and Showroom expenses; control spend within budget to achieve goals. Collaborate with partners within Renewal to drive results. (Sales, Inside Sales Center, Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance) Participate in recruiting efforts, including interviewing candidates. Communicate results and future strategy with management. Classroom training, which involves teaching staff methodology, rebuttals, process and procedures Directly manages Marketing Reps, Associate Managers, and Contractors. Oversees all aspects of development and career progression. Minimum Qualifications, Skills and/or Competency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to self manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives Ability to analyze effectiveness of events, sponsorships & local programs Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion and advertising Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills Demonstrated analytic skills Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Access Pay Range $50,904.00 - $78,900.00 Benefits 401(k) Plan, Employer Fixed Contributions & Company Matching Profit Sharing* Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage* Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)*, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Paid Maternity Leave & Paid Parental Leave* *For employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement, some benefits may differ or may not be available based on the terms of the agreement. Profit Sharing In 2026 Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
