Lead daily salon operations
Cut hair alongside your team and lead by example
Coach, train, and develop stylists
Build schedules to meet customer demand
Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and brand standards
Qualifications
Valid NH Cosmetology or Barber License
Leadership experience or interest in management
Strong communication and customer service skills
