Concierge Receptionist Pay Rate: $18 Hours: M-F 8-5 Location: Apple Office - 1 Alhambra Plaza, Suite 700, Coral Gables, FL 33134 Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Greeting people and employees Assisting vendors Getting temporary badges Escort people or client Setting up conference room Things needed in the meeting room Restocking and ordering snacks Sending and receiving packages, mails Licenses/Certifications: N/A Must Have Skills: Bilingual and Spanish Previous Receptionist role Nice to have skills: Organized Problem solving Knowledge of Apple products, knows basic function of Apple products (Iphone, Ipad, Mac) Years of Experience: 1 2 years of experience as receptionist Education: At least HS diploma Software skills: Basic Apple Programs (Safari Web) Interview Process: Virtual Interview
