Special Education Teacher – Elementary School
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a school-based opportunity in Lake Ozark, MO. This position will support 3rd–5th grade students through targeted, small-group instruction in a pull-out setting.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction to students in small-group, pull-out settings
Develop and implement instruction aligned with students' IEP goals
Modify curriculum and instructional materials to meet individual learning needs
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and other members of the educational team
Participate in IEP meetings and support students' academic and personal growth
Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
Active Missouri Special Education teaching certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
