We are seeking On-Call Banquet Staff who thrive in an upscale, fast-paced event environment.

Position Summary

On-Call Banquet Staff are responsible for event setup, service, and breakdown while delivering attentive, 5-star hospitality. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work high-end events in a refined setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, chairs, dcor)
• Provide professional food and beverage service during events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
• Assist with buffet setups, plated service, and beverage stations
• Clear tables and reset spaces efficiently and discreetly
• Break down event spaces and return equipment to proper storage
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a polished and professional demeanor
• Follow all safety and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and team-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
