HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MATERIAL OPERATOR IN GRAND PRAIRIE, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Material Operator to join our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This individual will be responsible for safely operating material handling equipment to pick, receive, store, load, unload, and ship products while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess previous material handling experience, the ability to operate warehouse equipment, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced distribution environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19.24 to $20.24/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st and 2nd shift schedule available
• Located in Grand Prairie, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately according to shipping documents and work instructions
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit
• Inspect and verify shipments for accuracy and potential damages
• Load and unload products using proper material handling procedures
• Operate various warehouse equipment, including Electric pallet jacks / walkie riders, Reach trucks, and more
• Perform inventory activities, including labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking
• Assist with pallet repairs and trailer cleanouts as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and equipment guidelines
• Participate in physical inventory counts and other warehouse projects
• Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of electric pallet jack experience or 1–3 years of other material handling equipment experience
• Previous RF scanner and warehouse management system (WMS) experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work overtime as needed
