Front Desk Representative at La PosadaThe Front Desk Representative at La Posada is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for residents, families, guests, and team members. As the face of our community, this role plays a key part in fostering a friendly, secure, and engaging environment while supporting daily operations and ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive.Schedule: Part Time position: Can work all or some of scheduleWednesday 3pm – 11pm Mallorca (Req. 21yo for Valet Parking)Thursday 3pm – 11pm Mallorca (Req. 21yo for Valet Parking)Friday 10am - 6:30pm (Req. 21yo for Valet Parking)Pay Range: $15.00 - $15.50/hrPaid Vacation / 401K / Free Meal each shiftWhat will I do every day?Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the communityTake the lead in the day-to-day administration of the move-in and welcome processProvide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front deskAssist residents with requests as neededMaintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance areaRespond to emergencies and supply emergency personnelAudit records and filesWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Bring a smile to work every dayBe a great team playerHigh school graduateOne to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferredExperience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededWhat's in it for me?
