We are seeking an Associate Attorney to handle all aspects of applicant workers' compensation litigation across Southern California. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney to manage cases from start to finish and gain valuable courtroom and deposition experience. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of applicant workers' compensation cases, including drafting petitions, motions, and other legal documents. Appear at hearings and trials throughout Southern California. Take and defend depositions as part of the litigation process. Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely resolution and meeting litigation deadlines. Negotiate and settle cases for clients in accordance with their best interests. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff to provide the highest level of legal services. Qualifications California Bar Admission (Or awaiting bar results for Los Angeles and Orange County location). At least 1 year of experience in workers' compensation or a related field preferred for Los Angeles and Orange County location. At least 1 year of experience in workers' compensation for San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Northern California. Ability to independently manage a caseload and handle all stages of workers' compensation litigation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple litigation tasks. Exceptional oral communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment, maintaining attention to detail and client‑focused service.
