For over 36 years, SI Restoration has built a trusted reputation for providing quality cleanup and restoration services to homes and businesses damaged by water, sewage, mold, fire, and biohazard events. We are a fast-growing company with deep roots in the communities we serve.

 

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated and experienced salesperson to join us. The primary territory will be Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties in Maryland and Washington, DC. When a home floods, our plumbing partners are often on-site first. They see the damage, and they make the referral. Those referral relationships are the heartbeat of our business. In this role, you will own and grow that referral network by generating new business and maintaining client relationships.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Establish rapport with key plumbing referral partners to foster trust and create lasting partnerships. 
• Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with plumbing partners to keep SI Restoration top of mind for referrals.
• Host breakfast and lunch-and-learn events at partner offices to build relationships and educate their teams on our services.
• Inspect customers’ homes, document damage, and prepare detailed estimates for services needed.
• Follow up with customers throughout the life of each project to ensure satisfaction and generate reviews and repeat referrals.
• Track referral activity and sales pipeline and report on results compared with monthly referral and revenue goals.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

This position pays a base salary of $35,000-40,000 plus commission on plumber-sourced revenue and a monthly vehicle allowance. Total compensation ranges from $70,000-$90,000 . We also offer benefits such as:

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, both internally and with clients, along with proven sales planning ability.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have a high school diploma or higher education.
• Minimum of two (2) years of outside sales or business development experience required; knowledge of the plumbing, construction, restoration, or insurance industries is a strong plus.
• Comfortable in the trades world and able to hold a conversation on a job site and understand what a plumber’s day actually looks like.
• Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software is a plus.

 

Job Type: Full-time. The schedule is generally Monday to Friday (phone calls will come in occasionally over the weekend), with sporadic early mornings or evenings for partner events.
