Comprehensive Rehab Consultant
Position Overview Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Physiatry Clinician with Comprehensive Rehab Consultants will work exclusively at a designated skilled nursing facility or post‑acute rehab center, collaborating with therapy and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient function and independence. Represent CRC in your facility, exercising strong clinical leadership and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Collaborate with PCP teams to manage conditions common in SNFs such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries. Work with PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life. Follow therapy patients to track their progress. Assess and collaborate on management of barriers to therapy, including joint or neuropathic pain, spasticity, neurogenic bowel, neurogenic bladder, and more. Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge the gap between therapy and internal medicine. Engage in culture‑building opportunities and ongoing education, including monthly didactic lectures, virtual meetings with the Regional Team, and annual regional dinners. The Ideal CRC Clinician Will Have A passion for post‑acute healthcare and serving the geriatric population. Experience in SNF or post‑acute settings (preferred). Confidence to function autonomously. A desire for continuous improvement and adaptability to change and growth. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand the needs of facility partners and patients. Empathy and compassion. A desire to invest in our company culture. Qualifications Registered Nurse Practitioner/APRN/PA License. New Jersey License. Ability to work in the U.S. Experience in the post‑acute space preferred. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering the best patient care. Compensation & Schedule Pay: Starting at $75/hour. Job Type: Part‑time (16‑hour, 8‑hour shift). Schedule: Flexible weekdays (Monday–Friday) around 9AM–4PM. Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay.
