Social Media Manager

The Encompass Group is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare organization to identify a Senior Social Media Manager who can take ownership of multiple established brands and drive strategic social media growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a social media leader who understands how to build and scale national campaigns, translate brand strategy into platform-specific execution, and lead social marketing efforts across both B2B and consumer-facing audiences. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, think strategically, execute tactically, and help elevate brand awareness while navigating the unique considerations of the healthcare space. What You'll Do Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple brands and audiences. Build and oversee national social media campaigns that increase engagement, awareness, and lead generation. Two healthcare-focused B2B brands. Lead and mentor a social media team member while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and creative resources. Partner with leadership to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives. Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable recommendations. Stay ahead of platform trends, emerging technologies, and healthcare marketing best practices. Collaborate with a dedicated video editor and other marketing resources to ensure high-quality content execution. Ensure all social media initiatives support brand positioning and regulatory considerations within the healthcare industry. What We're Looking For 5–7+ years of social media marketing experience. Proven success building and managing national social campaigns across multiple brands or clients. Strong understanding of platform strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels. Experience leading or supervising direct reports. Ability to develop strategy, manage execution, and drive results with minimal oversight. Strong understanding of brand management and audience engagement. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry marketing experience. Familiarity with FDA regulations, compliance considerations, or other healthcare marketing guidelines. Agency experience or experience supporting multiple brands simultaneously.
