Operations Associate
Mission Staffing
A ~$25bn AUM Investment Firm is looking to add to their Operations team!
Role:
- Mid/senior-level operations hire (5+ years of experience) focused on supporting full trade lifecycle across listed and OTC products, w/ emphasis on OTC derivatives (IRS and equity swaps).
- Key areas of focus include trade capture, confirmation, reconciliation, lifecycle management
- Daily pricing valuation support and operational oversight
- Troubleshooting/improving trade ops infrastructure
- Cross-functional collaboration w/ PMs, traders, developers, admins, custodians, counterparties
Requirements
- Strong HF or institutional buy-side ops/middle office background
- 5+ years experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Deep OTC derivatives operations experience
- Experience w/ Portfolio Management Systems (Orchestrade strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Technically curious w/ an interest in process improvement and automation
