Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements Must have: We require a masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related discipline. We require current BCBA certification. We require LBA licensure in Maryland. We look for strong interpersonal and written communication skills. We value established leadership and management capability. Responsibilities We provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings. We develop, track, and refine instructional programs across language, social, and communication areas. We train paraprofessional staff to implement instructional programs and behavior support plans. We work under the guidance of our Executive Director and Clinical Director. We collaborate closely with our clinical team to support high-quality care.
