We are seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Dental Sales / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. This position will focus primarily on patients seeking high-end cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry, including porcelain veneers, smile makeovers, and comprehensive aesthetic treatment.

Our fully digital practice incorporates advanced digital imaging, intraoral scanning (Trios, iTero, Omnicam), digital treatment planning, in-office design and milling, and 3D printing.

You'll work with a steady flow of warm leads and patients who have already taken the first step toward transforming their smile. We provide paid training, a strong base salary, and significant performance-based earning potential.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a high-touch, consultative sales role centered around aesthetic dentistry and the patient experience.

You will meet one-on-one with prospective patients considering veneers, smile makeovers, and other comprehensive cosmetic treatments. Your role is to understand what they want to change about their smile, uncover what is motivating them, explain their treatment options, and help them confidently move forward with care.

Aesthetic dentistry is personal. Many patients have thought about changing their smile for years before ever walking through our doors. The right person knows how to listen, build trust, communicate value, and make patients feel genuinely comfortable throughout that decision.

You'll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to create a seamless experience from the patient's initial consultation through treatment acceptance and beyond.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients interested in porcelain veneers, smile makeovers, and high-end aesthetic dentistry
• Learn each patient's goals, concerns, expectations, and motivation for improving their smile
• Present comprehensive treatment plans in a clear, confident, and compelling way
• Help patients understand the possibilities of aesthetic dentistry and the value of investing in their smile
• Build genuine relationships and provide an exceptional, personalized patient experience
• Work closely with our doctors to ensure patients fully understand their recommended treatment and aesthetic options
• Confidently discuss fees and help patients navigate payment and financing options
• Follow up with prospective patients and maintain relationships throughout their decision-making process
• Manage leads, consultations, and follow-up through our CRM
• Partner with our marketing team to ensure a smooth transition from initial inquiry to consultation and treatment
• Consistently meet treatment acceptance and production goals while maintaining a patient-first approach

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5+ years of successful B2C consultative sales experience
• Proven ability to sell premium or high-dollar products/services
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing and closing $20K+ treatment plans
• Warm, polished, confident, and highly personable
• Strong ability to connect emotionally with patients while remaining professional and consultative
• Excellent listening, presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve results
• Comfortable working with CRM and lead-management systems
• Experience in cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry is highly preferred
• Experience in luxury, medical aesthetics, elective healthcare, or other high-end consumer sales environments is also highly valued

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $60,000–$80,000 base salary + commissions/bonuses
