If you have a passion for helping patients, a strategic mindset for advancing therapy in your local market, and the experience to support clinicians in complex cases; lets talk about how your skills paired with the Boston Scientific organization can advance Deep Brain Stimulation in your geography./ppYour responsibilities will include:/pulliDrive sales revenue to achieve territory objectives./liliCultivating a customer base, continuously prospecting for new customers, act on leads and persuasively position our commercially approved products and services versus competitors./liliDevelop key relationships with functional neurosurgeons, movement disorder clinicians, technicians, nurses and patients./liliThrive within a high-achiever culture./liliCultivate thorough knowledge and insight of competitor technology strengths, weaknesses and strategies./liliDemonstrate financial discipline and optimize resources at the territory level./liliUnderstand hospital buying process for implantable devices. Collaborate with sales leadership, Health Education Reimbursement to achieve on-contract status at key accounts./liliSupport complex neurosurgery cases. Maintain composure in complex clinical situations./liliLead local Health Care Provider training on device technology and device programming capability. Support academic center journal clubs and Allied Health Practioner skill development./liliThis position is a field-based sales position within the assigned territory. You will be in daily collaboration with other local Therapy Consultants, Field Clinical Representatives, and the Regional Business Director in your area./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree./liliMinimum of 5 years work experience in a sales and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliMedical device sales and/or clinical education experience./liliExperience with functional neurosurgeons, Parkinsons Disease, movement disorders, physical therapy, registered nurse, surgical technician, or similar field./li/ulpThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $80,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs./p/div
