Senior Attorney (Class Action Litigation)

SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an Attorney with 5+ years’ experience in plaintiff’s side class action litigation needed to head up a new department in the New York (Union Square Area) office. Will report directly to the managing partners. Book of business is not required for this role. Hybrid Flexible (part-time in office and part-time remote) position. The right candidate will have very strong writing, research, oral communication, and interpersonal skills. Great opportunity for a senior associate in a class action firm to take that next big step in their career. Requirements: Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school. 5+ years of legal experience; and active license to practice law in New York. Comprehensive command of legal language, and experience drafting, reviewing legal documents. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to establish and maintain trust and relationships both internally and externally. Base compensation: $175-$200k (commensurate with experience) with percentage of legal fees as bonus on all cases brought into this new department.
