Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs regularly
• Must be able to safely carry, push, pull, lift heavy objects
• Must be able to safely climb ladders, bend, stoop
• Must be able to wear applicable personal protective equipment
• Must be able to work in environmental extremes (hot or cold)
• Must be able to work in water, fire, and/or mold damaged environments
• Must be able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to work with cleaning products/chemicals
• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Must have reliable transportation to work and be on time
• Must submit to a drug testing before hire with random checks during employment
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must submit to a background check before hiring

Pay is commensurate with verifiable experience and/or certifications. Paid vacation, holiday, and sick time for full time employees. Bonuses given based on performance. Frequent overtime available. On-call bonus provided. Compensation: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
