The Providence Center
The Providence Center is looking for a Registered Nurse for the ACT I Engagement and Diversion Team in Providence, RI. This role involves assessing health needs, coordinating care, and administering medications to support clients' wellness. The nurse will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centered services. Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree and experience with psychiatric patients.
