About the role We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global team. In this role, you’ll lead full‑cycle recruiting across a variety of high‑tech roles, partnering closely with hiring managers in both the US and Israel. You’ll play a key role not only in hiring top talent, but also in strengthening our local employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects who we are. This is a high‑impact role for someone who is strategic, hands‑on, and passionate about building exceptional teams in a dynamic environment. This role is hybrid to our SF office, 3 days per week in office. Here are some things you’ll be working on Own and drive end‑to‑end recruiting processes across a range of high‑tech roles (technical and non‑technical). Partner with hiring managers and leadership across the US and Israel to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics. Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top‑tier, diverse talent. Act as a local ambassador for HoneyBook, helping to build and strengthen our employer brand in the Bay area. Create and deliver an outstanding, thoughtful, and consistent candidate experience that reflects HoneyBook’s values at every touchpoint. Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes. Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting effectiveness. Collaborate on global recruiting initiatives, processes, and best practices. Here’s what you’ll need 5+ years of recruiting experience within hyper‑growth tech companies, at least one startup environment. Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with international teams. Proven track record of hiring across diverse roles, including technical and member care positions. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technologies.
