CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer 5 yrs

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist with 5+ years of programming and machining experience? Ideal candidate is NOT an operator, we are looking for Machinist / Programmers. The position will be responsible for running a cell of Haas CNC mills to produce high quality components that meet our clients' specifications. We are not a production shop. The parts often vary from day to day, with a variety of different materials. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and run Haas Vertical Mills using MasterCam. Create prototype and short-run production parts for a variety of industries. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure precision and quality. Read and interpret engineering drawings. Perform routine maintenance on machines. Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for machining operations. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience (no operators, please). Proficiency in MasterCam and experience with Haas Vertical Mills. Strong ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with tooling and machining processes.
