We are seeking janitorial technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. This facility is an industrial building that requires cleaning multiple facilities on a daily basis. Responsibilities Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors Perform routine maintenance tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipmentWork up to 30 hours per week Qualifications Must be available Monday through Saturday (8am-8pm) Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively Ability to handle a physical workload Ability to lift 15 lbs Must be able to work independently Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Commercial cleaning experience highly desired but not mandatory Experience in warehouse/industrial facility is desired but not mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr
