What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Service Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals servicing commercial and industrial mechanical equipment throughout Indiana.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial systems.
• Diagnose equipment problems and recommend repair solutions.
• Install, repair, and replace mechanical equipment and components.
• Assist with piping, pumps, valves, burners, controls, and related mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Complete electronic service reports and work orders accurately.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing BoilerMASTERS professionally.
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.

QualificationsRequired

• 2 years expeience with HVAC, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Controls, Mechanical Repair, Manufacturing Maintenence, Welding, Plumbing, Commercial Construction, Diesel equipment, Pumps and Motors
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Commercial boiler experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right candidate.
