Production Manager

MUST HAVES:
- Minimum 5 years of full production management experience in a manufacturing environment in food, beverage, biotech, or pharmaceutical
- Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Daily Management Systems, Lean principles, GMPs, SOPs, OSHA, and FDA regulations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
