Legal Counsel: Real Estate Financing & Corporate Ventures

Vultr in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Legal Counsel to support capital-raising activities, joint ventures, and structured financing transactions related to data center infrastructure. You will negotiate real estate financing documents, draft term sheets and loan agreements, and coordinate with Finance and Treasury on capital structure and debt compliance.
