Ideal background and qualifications:

• Valid OT, COTA, or OTA licensure in the state
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Commitment to providing in-person therapy services

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering targeted interventions to support students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Collaborating with educators to create accessible classroom environments
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team recommendations
• Engaging with families to ensure continuity of care
