Shift Leader

Shift Leader We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Shift Leader. The position offers a competitive pay range of $15-18 per hour, with additional tips, and responsibilities including supervising the crew, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of employees during your shift Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met, including slicer operations Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise Train staff based on 7 Principles of Success, company policies, procedures & standards Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or catering facility Perform other tasks related to opening and closing of the store Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year QSR experience preferred Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer Must have reliable transportation Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler (or equivalent) Benefits Above average pay ($15-18 per hour, plus $5-7 tips) Time & a half/overtime rates Paid training, bonuses for certifications, IRA match (full-time crew) Health, vision, and dental insurance (full-time crew) Weekly flexible schedule Free sub per shift 50% off on purchases Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 20–40+ hours per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
