Dental Front Office Assistant/Business Assistant Dental Care at Point 24 is looking for a Business Assistant to join our team. Schedule: Monday 8am-1pm, Tuesday 7am-4pm, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 10am-6pm, and Friday 8am-5pm Why Heartland Dental? Join a team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community Our beautiful and modern office is located near the Mesa Gateway Airport We are a growing and motivating team of dental professionals What our team is looking for: 1+ years of experience working in a dental front desk role 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable Attributes we value: motivation, work ethic, reliability, and accountability Dentrix or other dental software experience Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment Excellent communication and organizational skills The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
