Position Summary The Junior Service Advisor is an entry-level role designed for individuals with strong customer service skills who want to learn the automotive repair process. This position supports senior advisors and assists customers with scheduling, communication, and basic service coordination. No prior automotive experience is required we are willing to train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in person and over the phone Assist with scheduling appointments and vehicle drop-offs Support service advisors with repair updates and documentation Communicate basic repair information and timelines to customers Maintain accurate customer and repair records Help manage daily front-desk workflow Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience Learn shop systems, repair processes, and service procedures
