LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. The LPN delivers resident-centered nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and coordination of care plans for older adults and medically complex residents. Working in our faith-based, mission-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote dignity, safety, and whole-person wellbeing. This role supports health equity for underserved neighbors through consistent, high-quality clinical care, clear documentation, and education for residents and families in a supportive, team-oriented culture.
