What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care to surgical recovery ICU patients, including post-op CABG, valve procedures, aortic dissection, and transplant recoveries
• Monitor post-operative patients with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and IABP
• Administer and manage continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond to emergency events and assist in ICU relief as part of the emergency team when needed
• Follow ICU protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or multi-state compact license
• ICU or SICU experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification
• Epic experience (preferred)
• Skills with PA catheters, balloon pumps, CRRT

• Experience with high-acuity patients and emergency team response
• Familiarity with post-op CABG, transplant, and complex surgical care
