Main Requirements: Elite in editing for YouTube, social media, internal training, and public-facing ads Own the editing and post-production process for all video content Maintain consistent visual and brand identity across all projects Collaborate with the marketing team, advisors, and leadership to develop compelling video stories Produce videos for podcast clips, YouTube episodes, ads, client education, and internal training Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final assets Provide creative input on shot selection and scripting when needed Optimize videos for various platforms and formats Stay up-to-date on video trends and apply best practices for engaging content Peak Retirement Planning, Inc.
