Senior Counsel, Fund Governance & Board Advisory
The Vanguard Group
The Vanguard Group is seeking a seasoned Associate General Counsel to support governance and the corporate secretary function for the Vanguard Funds Board and related boards. You will advise trustees and senior executives on fiduciary matters and work closely with the Office of the Corporate Secretary and fund product counsel on regulatory and product matters. You will lead governance projects, supervise outside counsel when needed, and stay abreast of evolving governance trends to guide #J-18808-Ljbffr The Vanguard Group
