Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent) Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full agency support provided) Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of your start date We provide licensing guidance, study support, and onboarding assistance throughout the process Position Overview As an Acquisitions Specialist, your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and contributing to agency growth. You will engage with prospective customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and help customers find personalized insurance solutions that fit their needs. This role also requires a team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist with customer service interactions when appropriate.
