Job Summary


Our client is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop and implement behavior intervention plans. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for clients through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify factors contributing to challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans based on client needs.
• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to teach communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to measure client progress.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and make adjustments to programs as needed.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct-care staff.
• Train caregivers, families, and staff on behavior-management strategies and treatment procedures.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, physicians, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment records.
• Ensure services are provided ethically, professionally, and in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Advocate for clients and promote independence, safety, communication, and overall quality of life.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to staff and families to promote consistency across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must have the license of a BCBA in Louisiana.

Experience

• 1 Year of BCBA experience.
