Spherion Spokane is hunting for an Inside Sales Business Development Associate (BDA) who lives for the thrill of the deal—no road trips or awkward door-to-door visits required. You'll be the mastermind connecting local and regional powerhouses with elite labor solutions, all from the comfort of your desk command center.

If you love dialing, engaging key decision-makers, diagnosing workforce pain points, and pitching game-changing staffing strategies over the phone, this is your playground. You'll be helping top Spokane-area businesses scale faster while building a lucrative client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Master the Phone Lines: Execute high-volume cold calls, strategic emails, and clever outreach campaigns to land consultative conversations with hiring managers.
• Solve Workforce Riddles: Diagnose talent shortages and map out custom staffing solutions that turn desperate hiring managers into loyal partners.
• Hunt & Land Revenue: Analyze local market trends, uncover untouched prospective accounts in the Spokane area, and close high-value partnerships directly over the wire.
• Navigate & Negotiate: Manage pricing, lock in contract terms, and expand existing account relationships to maximize return for both client and company.
• Data & Pipeline Guru: Keep the CRM updated, log customer journeys meticulously, and maintain a bursting sales pipeline.

Hours & Compensation

• Schedule: Flexible Part-Time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM we will work with your availability
• Pay: $20/hr base pay + uncapped commission!

Qualifications & Requirements

• Phone Charisma & Hunter Mindset: A natural communicator who turns cold calls into warm leads and enjoys closing sales remotely.
• Experience: 0–1 year in B2B inside sales, phone outreach, or outbound marketing (open to ambitious college grads/students seeking part-time or full-time roles!).
• Organization & CRM Skills: Ability to document client journeys, navigate metrics-driven environments, and manage follow-ups seamlessly.
• Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or staffing background is a nice bonus!
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
