Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arkansas state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Must not be a new graduate. Previous clinical experience required.
• Open to first-time travelers.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Availability to work up to 40 hours per week; 36 hours guaranteed.
• Overtime/OT must be pre-approved by the director before any OT hours are worked.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating middle and late-age active patients. Familiarity with populations engaged in outdoor activities such as golf and mountain biking is a plus.

• Primary rate type: 8-hour day.
• Float to other clinics: no.
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; anticipate 12–14 patients per day.
