Retail Marketing and Sales Coordinator Location Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) About Skin Gym Skin Gym is a leading beauty tools brand available at Target, Ulta Beauty, Walmart, CVS, Nordstrom, Revolve, Amazon, and specialty retailers. We're looking for a highly organized Retail Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our growing wholesale business by executing retail marketing initiatives, coordinating product launches, managing retailer assets, and supporting the sales team. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Creative, ensuring every retail launch is executed flawlessly and every retailer has the tools they need to succeed. Responsibilities Retail Marketing Support marketing initiatives across Target, Ulta Beauty, Walmart, CVS, Nordstrom, Amazon, and specialty retailers. Coordinate retailer launch calendars and promotional timelines. Manage retailer marketing assets including imagery, videos, PDP content, educational materials, and merchandising guides. Assist with seasonal campaigns, retailer promotions, and merchandising opportunities. Partner with Creative to ensure retailer assets meet brand standards. Sales Support Support the Sales team with retailer presentations, launch materials, assortment decks, and product information. Prepare line sheets, pricing sheets, assortment guides, and sales collateral. Maintain retailer product catalogs and item information. Assist with new retailer onboarding and product setup. Product Launch Management Coordinate cross-functional product launches from concept through retail execution. Track launch timelines and ensure all marketing deliverables are completed. Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations. Coordinate product samples for buyers, influencers, PR, and retail partners. Market and Retail Coordination Support trade shows, retailer meetings, line reviews, and sales presentations. Coordinate showroom merchandising and sample management. Prepare launch kits and retailer marketing materials. Conduct competitive market research and retail audits. Reporting and Analytics Generate weekly sales and marketing reports. Track retail promotions and launch performance. Monitor competitive activity and industry trends. Assist with sales forecasting and product performance reporting. Cross-Functional Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance. Coordinate retailer requests and follow up on deliverables. Maintain launch calendars and project timelines. Ensure communication flows smoothly between internal teams and retail partners. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, wholesale sales support, account coordination, brand marketing, or consumer products. Experience supporting major retail accounts. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with ERP systems, retailer portals, or PIM systems is a plus. Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, or consumer goods preferred.
