Driving partner recruitment and pipeline generation, the full-time Business Development Manager will focus on onboarding new Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and developing joint offerings in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Recruit and gain commitment from new ISVs to join the partner program Lead the technical co-creation of assets aligned with core sales plays such as AI readiness and automation Build success plans for joint offerings, including business cases and go-to-market strategies Required qualifications Experience in business development or software vendor recruitment Ability to create joint business cases and drive technical product certifications Familiarity with aligning software solutions with sales plays in AI, virtualization, or automation Experience packaging technical integrations into commercial assets Proficiency in using data-driven tracking mechanisms to measure pipeline impact
