Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Cedars Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-centered care in our Leonardtown, MD skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will deliver high-quality clinical care for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
