• Support paving and construction crews on active job sites
• Perform tasks such as luting, raking, screwing, and milling
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Assist with general labor and site preparation
• Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and your team
• Report daily to the superintendent and contribute to project success

• Experience with hand and power tools
• in construction, paving, asphalt work, or general labor
• Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts and overtime when needed
• Dependable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

• 2+ years in construction or asphalt paving
• Experience as a lute man or equipment operator

• $19–$24/hour + WEEKLY PAY

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irwin, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
