As a Restaurant Manager in our casual dining establishment, you will oversee a team of 11-30 employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in leading the team, managing inventory, and maintaining quality standards while supporting marketing initiatives and financial management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a medium-sized team to deliver excellent service
- Manage inventory to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met
- Develop and manage staff schedules to maximize coverage and efficiency
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting and cost control
- Maintain quality control across food preparation and service
- Implement training and development programs for staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Support marketing efforts to promote the restaurant and increase patronage
