Full-Time | Total Compensation: $85,000–$110,000/year (base salary + performance bonus)

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
  
• Total compensation $85,000–$110,000 including bonus

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and student analysts
  
• Provide caregiver coaching to help families generalize skills at home
  
• Review documentation and treatment data to ensure accuracy and progress
  
• Lead clinical meetings and participate in training initiatives
  
• Oversee timely completion of assessments, progress reports, and notes
  
• Collaborate with families to set meaningful, achievable goals
  
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and AutismCOE policies
  

Qualifications

Required

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
  
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  
• Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  
• Strong clinical decision making, communication, and collaboration skills
  

Preferred

• Clinic-based ABA experience
  
• Prior supervisory or mentorship experience
  

Compensation & Benefits
