Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3
Location: Redondo Beach, CA
Duration: 6 months
Basic Qualifications:
*) Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
*) Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
*) Proven experience recruiting technical talent across engineering, manufacturing, or related disciplines.
*) Strong social media sourcing and networking skills.
*) Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
*) Agency recruiting experience.
*) Experience with Workday and/or Eightfold ATS.
*) Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and recruiting best practices.
*) Experience developing talent pipelines and competitive market intelligence.
*) Strong organizational, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
