CityTwist is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to own our B2B inbound pipeline end-to-end. You'll be given a monthly budget and full authority over the channels, tools, and strategies you deploy. The objective is simple: deliver a steady flow of qualified inbound leads to the sales team.

This is a marketing role, not sales. You'll work across email, paid social, display/banner ads, and any other channels you can make perform. You will be measured on results, not activity.

Compensation

Base: $30/hour guaranteed (~$62,400/year)

Performance bonus: up to $2,500/month based on lead quality and volume

Total potential: ~$92,400/year

What you'll own

• The full inbound lead-gen funnel across multiple channels
• Budget allocation, channel mix, and tooling decisions
• Creative, targeting, landing pages, and conversion optimization
• Ongoing testing, attribution, and performance reporting

What we need from you

• Hands-on experience building B2B lead-gen programs that produced measurable results
• Comfort owning a budget and making your own calls on where to spend it
• Working knowledge of deliverability, ad targeting, landing-page conversion, and attribution
• Sharp written communication
• Self-direction. You don't need a playbook handed to you

This isn't a training role or a junior seat. If your experience is supporting someone else's lead-gen program rather than running one, it won't be a fit.
