Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:35 am – 3:15 am (1stShift)
Employment Type: 48 month contract
Work Setup: Onsite

What’s a typical day as a Avionics Installer II? You will:

1. Assist in the Installation and Modification of Avionics Systems
   • Install, modify, and fabricate wiring, electrical components, and fixtures according to blueprints and engineering drawings.
2. Perform Testing and Troubleshooting
   • Conduct terminations, ring-out, and functional tests on avionics and electrical systems to ensure proper operation.
3. Maintain Accurate Documentation
   • Maintain required logs and records of work performed to meet regulatory and customer specifications.
4. Ensure Quality and Compliance
   • Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and passes final inspections without defects.
5. Uphold Safety and Shop Standards
   • Adhere to safety regulations, FOD and tool control programs, and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or two (2) years related work experience or an avionics certificate with (1) year of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
