Position The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking to fill one (1) Sourcing Planner position in the Budget and Fiscal Division - Fiscal Service. Responsibilities Writes contracts, statements of work, requests for proposals, and requests for information. Posts and maintains public solicitations. Tracks procurement policy changes. Monitors supplier performance and identifies issues or needed improvements. Issues purchase orders to suppliers. • Or completion of graduate core in public or business administration, purchasing, materials management, contracting, acquisition management or logistics, supply chain management, operations management or other sourcing related field; 6 months experience or training in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
• Or 24 months experience as Sourcing Analyst, 64512.
• Or 12 months experience as Senior Sourcing Analyst, 64513.
• Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
