Accounting / Office Manager Location: Onsite in Woodbury, MN Responsibilities: Maintaining the company’s financial records to ensure accuracy; performing routine financial calculations and general ledger duties; classifying, recording, and summarizing numerical and financial data; compiling and keeping financial records; complying with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations; maintaining accounting and auditing reports including expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profit and loss; reconciling and reporting discrepancies in records. Verifies invoices and approves payments. Prepares quotes, purchase orders, and invoices as necessary. Prepares financial statements and management reports. Actively maintains all account files. Prepares analysis of accounts. Conducts monthly close procedures. Manages correspondence to customers to update accounts. Receives payments and posts amounts to customers’ accounts. Maintains records of payment collection and account status. Contacts customers with delinquent accounts to notify them of their need to pay. Independently and proactively performs tasks assigned. Maintains strict confidentiality of all client and company business. Provides additional support to management and operations as needed. Qualifications: Two‑year accounting degree preferred; 3‑5 years related experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office; well‑rounded knowledge of accounting principles, payroll, and sales tax; problem‑solving and collaborative work style; service orientation; time management. Job Type: Full‑time. Salary: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year. Entry Level Software Developer Location: Woodbury, MN Responsibilities: Developing, testing, and debugging new and existing application features; willing to train. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with JSP, Servlets. Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and Struts frameworks. Experience with application servers (Tomcat). Experience with SQL queries and SQL Server (2005/2008/2012). Thorough understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Software Developer – Applications Location: Woodbury, MN Responsibilities: Work hand‑in‑hand with customers and sales force to equip customers for success; support and assist in the overall development of the Automation Change Control Expert (ACCE) Product Application; recommend backend technology changes; maintain applications software with periodic updates to optimize product; modify existing software to correct errors or adapt to new hardware; respond to QA questions; fix and update JIRAs daily; coordinate with peers and supervisor; analyze user needs and software requirements; design and code future application releases; maintain codebase; determine system performance standards; retrieve and manipulate data for analysis.
