Director of Finance & Accounting

This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who wants the autonomy to build a U.S. finance function while serving as a direct strategic partner to executive leadership. You’ll have broad exposure across accounting, treasury, investments, and cross-border operations. Key Responsibilities For The Director Of Finance & Accounting Own accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and financial operations for all U.S. entities. Prepare financial statements and management reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Build and document scalable U.S. finance processes, policies, systems, and internal controls. Manage cash flow, liquidity, treasury activity, banking relationships, and investment account reporting. Direct external accounting firms, auditors, CPAs, tax advisors, and other financial service providers. Advise the CEO on financial analysis, investments, transactions, due diligence, and entity structuring. Qualifications For The Director Of Finance & Accounting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Seven or more years of progressive accounting experience with end-to-end ownership of accounting and reporting. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, multi-entity reporting, and finance function development.
